The purposes of Alexander Discipline Study Clubs are:

  • To study the application of the Alexander Discipline to all aspects of clinical orthodontics with the goal of enhancing each member's knowledge through problem sharing and solving.
  • To develop and maintain a higher standard of orthodontics. This objective should be pursued at both the individual and group levels. This is accomplished by individuals bringing cases to meetings for evaluation and discussion with other members.
  • To advance the art and science of orthodontics.
  • To encourage and sponsor research.
  • To strive for and maintain the highest of standards of excellence in orthodontic education and practice.
  • To make significant contributions to the health of the public.

Studying with other professionals in your field will challenge you to improve your cases, your practice and your professional development, in addition to improving the overall profession of orthodontics.
